Anyone have experience with the placement of an air to fuel ratio sensor? I pulled my x-pipe so i can have a bung welded in while the motors out but im kind of curious of how the placement affects the sensor.

just make sure to put it on the passenger side and close to the header as possible...

Mine is 16" from header on drivers side. Too close throws off AFR reading and calibration.
which meter you running? The best place is to weld the bung into the exhaust pipe near or in the header.
Doesn't really matter what side you put it on.

Place the AFR bung on the down pipe as close to the collector flange as possible. Also, do not put the sensor in the 6 o'clock position to prevent condensatioin collection.
