[Aug 18, 2013] Boonies to Beach Cruise (San Diego) (El Cajon, CA)

Here is the August edition of the 2013 Wicked Stangs San Diego Cruise-a-Month program...

This time we're going backwards through the back roads, going East to get West, ending our cruise at the car show in Pacific Beach. The route is a long (125 mile) drive through some of the twistiest roads in San Diego County. Only 1 mile of which is on the freeway.

Meetup will be the Starbucks in Rancho San Diego on Jamacha Road. No, not that one, the other one (there are three, choose wisely):

Spoke with some members of San Diego Stangs @ D&B last night and they are really looking forward to joining us on this cruise. It would be hilarious (and tragic) if they bring more cars than us. A little RSVP never hurt anybody...

Well the LX wasn't having it today. Thanks to my own lack of mechanical ability. Hope you all had a good time. Big thanks to danny for helping me get it towed home. Sorry you missed the cruise
