can you tint the back plastic window in a con. and how

i need to tint my window in the back but the window place said they cant tint plastic. its a 96 gt con and it looks really stupid with all the car blacked out with a clear back window. if anybody has any ideas please let me know. thank ya.

Here this is what folk are doing.. Replace that plastic with a glass one and get it tinted..

my friend did it on his bmw,on the stock plastic,and it came out good,im pretty sure any tint place will do it here

not sure i know how to replace the window to glass. the tint place said it cant be done, can i just do it myself

Wow....not sure. I have real glass on mine. But it wouldn't hurt if you experiment and try it yourself. Only will cost is time and money.
