Cant upload pictures on this site anymore

For some reason I have never been able to put a picture been my signature, but I could down load pictures everywhere else on the site with no problem. Recently about a month or two ago I have not been able to down load pictures anywhere on the site for some reason. I was just wondering whats going on. THANKS

When I go to start a thread or post a reply under posting permissions, it says you may not post attatchments. I am wondering if that has something to do with not being able to post any pictures, or put a picture in my signature. I love this site but it would be nice to be able to post pictures. THANKS

Tim where exactly are you having the issue? Just in the posting section?

I cant put a picture in my signature, and when I start a thread or post a reply I try to add a picture I click on insert image and WEBPAGE DIALOG pops up.
