Cost of 2011 5.0??

Does anybody know how much the new 5.0's are going for? I want just the base model GT. I looked at the prices online but I know that you can get them cheaper than that. And, has anobody used the Exchange New Car Sales while they were deployed? It looks like I can get one through them for about 31,000.

That is cheap. Most after taxes ect will put you over 38,000

That is before taxes and other fees, but also they have a 2,000 rebate. It's so tempting!!

If you are looking for a base GT (5.0) then you will pay about 31K before taxes and all. After taxes and fees expect that number to jump to 35.5k - 36k.

With the exchange auto sales - they will finance you and you don't pay a payment till you take ownership of the car. But you need to hear from the guy (name is Kenny) that he placed an order for a car (loaded) and got a base model. You have the right to reject the car to the very last moment. and they will refund all monies that you had to put down (about 1k or so).

a Base model GT is $29,645 (manual) and $30,640 (auto)

But after being the owner a 2010 V6 and a 2011 5.0, you are shooting yourself in the foot if you get a base model. My opinion only.

base ive seen average about 34, if you can get the x plan you can get it for 29-30

you can get a 07-09 GT500 for the same price as a fully loaded 11 5.0 not saying the 2011 is bad IT'S GREAT! but the price is just nuts

It is hard to convince the wife to let me spend 40K, that is why I would go with the base model.

Heya Wickedbird, you have to get you and your wife to sit in our car. She will love it, the SYNC is soooo worth it I got it in my truck.
