Doing the tune.

So I just ordered the custom tunes from Bama off of American Muscle. I know Donna told me a long time ago to get this for my car and I've heard form a lot of people that their tunes are great. So after talking to David and Todd today, I'm going to try it out and see how it does. I'll keep you posted.

I love it...not only for what it gives you of the bat, but for the fact that anytime you need an adjustment or put on a new part you get free tunes for life and its very hassle free, also you have the adjust options menu to customize there tune to your liking (only minor things like idle, when high/low speed fan comes on, ect.) WELL worth it in my opinion you will be satisfied....oh and I would use anything else except for the race tune, just plain awesome...

Just got my e-mail today to send my specs on my car. I should get back my tune in 2 days.

So I went to Emilio's this last weekend to get my Bama Tune installed. Well it ran like shit. I took it out and the RPMs were jumping high ...it was all bad. We the did a data log of the tune and it was all messed up. So I called Bama today to figure out how they messed up my tune. So the guy tells me that there is a air flow restricter inside the Airaid CAI. I'm like really. So I take it apart and sure enough there it was. He tells me that it comes that way so you don't have to have it flashed or tuned to put it on your car. When they did my tune, they do it with the full flow of the CAI. So I take it out and install the tume and BAMA it's running great. What do you know.

Great stuff; those BAMA guys really know their stuff. Hopefully the hesitation you were experiencing is now gone!!!!:throw:
