One thing to "ALWAYS REMEMBER"...

Just because someone is a member of this web site, it doesn't always mean they are a member of a Wicked Stangs Chapter. Of the 2200+ members on this website, probably only 15-20% are members of a W/S Chapter, and that number may be a lil high.

What needs to happen is to try and get "EVERY" member of this website into a W/S Chapter. That can be a goal for every Board Member, Chapter Prez/VP to strive to achieve!!! Then we can say we are REALLY 2200+ Chapter members strong.

Achieving this will not only help out the W/S in general but it'll show our existing sponsors we can bring it like no other Mustang club in the USA.

ALL Chapters need to solicit there local area Speed Shops, Ford Dealers, etc. to try to bring in new sponsors that will bring in new revenue to the National Club (website) and also to their chapter on a 50%/50% split. This keeps $$$ in local chapters to grow, expand and conduct local area events, like Car Shows with trophies, cookouts, sponsoring a local hospitals children’s ward, Toys for Tot’s,etc.

Just some thoughts from a NOMAD WICKED STANGER (at this time) and hopefully a founding member of the Miami BEACH FL Chapter of W/S!!!

Very well said, it's up to everyone to make this "NATIONAL" Club the best in the nation. Although it's not easy to find sponsorship, if you're persistant, it does pay-off in the long run!!!

Now this is a thought process definately on the right track. Not an easy job keeping a Chapter afloat W/O a solid game plan. and the later part of that statement above was along the lines of a goal of mine I never got to see through with the chapter I started up before I had to leave the state. I wish you well brother.

Hopefully some of us that entered the vision you had part way through can carry on where you had to leave off and make it happen...

Doing a kick butt Job from what I see keep it up! The charity and community service piece is what I really wanted to get in and get involved with the community so I'm sure you all can and will get there with enough fund raising and club dedicated participation.

Additional thoughts.....

As Board Members, we owe it to each chapter Prez, V-Prez and members to fully support their Sponsor initiatives by giving incentives as posting their local sponsors in an area were all forum members can view and if wanted purchace their items, or whateva they have to offer. This will allow the new sponsors thousands of views and an increase in their sales, thus providing the chapter with additional funds to help promote their chapter of Wicked Stangs. This also brings in revenue to the National Chapter to help maintain this website!

Not really sure how to get this up and running, maybe Trick can use his Admin-weenie skillz ;) to make areas for each chapter to list their sponsors or have a revolving-open -door area (like we use for member pics) to showcase any/all chapter sponsors.

Right now it looks like only the National Sponsors are showcased in the forum.

why are you posting twice and three times.. We all see it :)..

And what I can do is setup up an unlimited affiliate links that will either scroll on the side of the forum or on the top and bottom of the forum list. It can be done..

I posted twice NOT THREE TIMES, because there are two threads and I wasn't sure if the general public were able to read discussions in the Board Members area. If you don't like it, use your admin-weenie skills and delete one or both threads...I really do not care.

Just get your facts straight before blasting anyone. No one likes a lil Biiiatch :oops:
