fundraiser car wash

so i was thinking bout this just alittle while ago and then someone posted there was going to be one tommorrow, well i wanted to give some heads up before mine, but i wanted to do a fund raiser that would get given to us for like wounded soldiers, or something to do with our military. family that have lost a military member. but i wanted to put togather something and get the ball rolling on doing this, i was thinking it could be a WS event or just a group of us get togather with others and wash cars and raise money for a good reason, also i don't have any spot picked out, that is something i'm needing help on pickin out where, and also when is another one, i want to get it when everyone is good to go, or try to. so chime in guys/gals

Hey Ash great idea.
Giving good notice is great. As far as what the funds will go towards, how much %, etc.. You have a great idea and all of that info can be directed to your chapters President, Event Coordinator, and Fundraiser. All 3 team up and discuss and if possible, try to bring it up at your next WS meeting.
The carwash we are having today in Whidbey has no set $ funds parameters. It's TBD.
I hope this helps as it's def getting sunny out more and more and carwashes will help chapter banks grow slowly but surely!
