Headers question

I just came back from deployment and want to do something to my car. I have a 2002 Mustang GT with 87,600 miles on it. I already have SLP Catback 2 exhaust and an uncatted X pipe. I would like to put headers but im not sure what kind to put. I know I want long tubes and stainless steel. SLP has a pair but there $900. thats ridiculous. I also want to chip my car with. which should i do first? also recommend a good pair of LT headers. THX

I have Hooker longtubes, and Hooker o/r X pipe, and I like them. Only trouble now, is I have to figure out how to get pass smog so I can get new base stickers.

No, my wife got tired of seeing them and told me they weren't moving with us, so I sold them. I don't think I could of reinstalled them anyways. Or pretty sure I wouldn't with how much of a pain they were.

It's a tough pill to swallow man... I would get some legal shorty headers and a catted h pipe. Good luck.

We make 50 State Legal headers or we have a VERY Nice Mid-length header with a 3" Merge collector matching H-pipe in 2.5 or 3"
