Hit & run

Hey everyone.

My neighbour did a hit and run on MY MUSTANG in my own driveway. :rofl:

In lieu of their death, by some fs creative method, Stephen is handling the talking to them part. :boxing:

I need referrals for PERFECT BODY WORK AND REPAIR shops. No half a$$es.

One person suggested D&G Custom. I will go see them but need other proper places to visit.

Any suggestions? Much appreciated! fs

sorry to hear about ur mishap ur taking it pretty good considering it was a hit and run by ur neighbor...I would be fuming at him not sacking up to fault especially if u can see their damage from ur window. hope there's not much damage and looks like new when done

Sorry to see this. How bad is the damage? And knowing how you are with your car, I would say DG Customs. You will pay more but you get what you pay for.

If you were to know me, how much I love my Stang, and what is going through my mind regarding these people you would be a bit cautious just being within earshot of my voice. If I do not control myself, I will make more trouble. So far, the estimates range from $2,000.00 to $3,000.00. This whole thing has turned into a complete nightmare. By law (here) blahblahblahblah I HAD to file a hit and run with the police........ on and on this goes. The police came out blahblahblahblah. Of course, The Invisible "Boyfriend" blamed me.

The entire creation of this freakin' planet is my fault!

DorkBrain. My car was parked in my own driveway and there was no reason, whatsoever, for them to drive down my driveway at some wee hour of the morning nor any reason at all to drive down my driveway. EVER. Yes, I'm navigation, parking, talking, remembering, spelling, and so on, challenged, BUTT I am NOT that bad and if I did make a hit I would at least grab my balls and ManUp over it. All I want is for my Stang to be returned to it's proper showroom condition.

Sorry you have to go through this, but dont worry to much. Your car will be repaired and good as new. I have gone through it twice...once for me and my cobra and once for the wife and our mini van. We went to Luxery auto on Aero Drive both times and you could not tell anyhting ever happened to either car after they were done with them.

Get the insurance company to pay $3533 and I'll repair it, paint it, fully detail it with a "Wild Bill Show Car Treatment" and set you up with a Zaino program with all the product for you to maintain it and the PROPER microfiber towels.:rockrockrock:

Thanks WB. The damage is not easily seen except by someone with the eyes to actually see the damage. The photographs I sent you do not show the damage via the force of the hit. Yes, you see the gouges and scars down to the bone but the pics do not show everything. Long story shorter.... I think I have made my decision on which garage will repair Her. When I take Her to a garage, I do not say anything except that She was a victim of a hit & run. I listen to what is said and I KNOW when I am being lied to. She will be showroom new when this is finished. I am sorry for Stangarella and sorry I have allowed this situation to upset me so severely. I just resent being taken for a fool by all involved. I will not post pics until the repairs have begun and then I will post the pics I took and the total damage that was done and how they are being repaired.
