Hood Pins

Can the install garage install hood pins? I will be getting a new hood and will need to have hood pins install. I'm not familiar with holes drilling. Hoping someone with expertise in this area can help.

Ok. I'll give you a call when the hood and pins come in. I'm having the hood deliver to Emilio's house and going to put it on there. The pins should be at my house in the next few days, maybe next week.
