I hate getting freakin farmville request
You can stop all request in you settings.
Step by Step please..
Hit the down arrow next to the home button, then click on privacy settings, then click on block people and apps, then scroll down and next to the apps hit block/unblock.
If that don't work go to the app's Facebook Page and click the "Block App" link on the left.
