im so proud of myself..lol installed this BBK CAI today all by myself! it is a nice addition, lets out a beefy growl when i step on the gas along with a swirly sound from the throttlebody spacer

I think only JLT's requires a tune.

yeah i've seen that.
I would differently put a tune, In almost all situations, the car does not require a tune for a CAI. That being said, the 2005+ engines are a lot more finicky and do need some sort of recognition for proper engine operation. usually a basic tuner can take care of this. Go and get your a/f read could be safe never know.
Nice Bling Bling. It's always more exciting when you complete an install on your own car. Congrats on the great work and the new sound!!!! Who needs a stinking tune??? Oh yeah, people who blow up engines.

thanks lol i was going for appearance as well as performance, bbk has a growl like no other CAI i've heard sounds mean , not tame like the airaid system on my last mustang.
