While everyone just found out today, I am leaving Wednesday to an exercise that is going to last for 20 days Hope everyone has a good holiday and hope to see everyone one again after the Holidays. I also wanted to remind you about the trophy for king of the track. I leave for
WA monday. Well you might as well say friday. I wont have my car after that so
will be on ship. I know your busy but if you could cut me some banners that would
be really cool. Just basic colors everyone uses. The Reds, blues, grey, black, white
silver, ect...

I will get banners on my own. I seen a few cutters on e-bay. You never told me to come over. The

Dummies TRIED to put me on that program since I didn't fit the height to weight figures of 286 at 6ft 2in. I had to have them do the tub bodyfat measurement over at Hickam in Hawaii. It came back at 12-14% most times........9% one time and I was ordered to change my diet.
