looking to burn up some High Octain soon

Hey all as some of you are aware I am deploying soon. All that aside I am looking to go burn up a tank or so of fuel on some back roads and enjoy my car a bit before I go. Now depending on how froggy everyone feels I am thinking an extended run up through Borrego keep heading north till we get up twards LA taking back roads the whole way. I just want to do something more than a Julian pie run.

If any one is interested lets use this thread to float some ideas and form up a route.

We haven't had one of those in awhile last time me, Donna, and Matt did a run to borrego springs ate at a place called Carly's took some pics then headed back it was pretty fun took all day. When u thinking about doing this?? If I'm free that day I am down.

not sure yet my time is pretty limited this month, but one of these weekends soon I think. I am on leave on till the 16th so maybe before then. I will talk with Tess tonight and see when a good day will be. Also my little brother and his wife are coming into town twards the end of the month and he might want to run with us.
