All,

We have a member looking to have his suspension upgraded to include shocks, struts, CC plates and a pan hard bar. Who is up for the challenge and wants to learn how to tear down and put together their hot rod. I am looking for three to four people to assist me in making this Mustang truely Wicked.

Current Cars for Install:

No control arms? :( I'm looking forward to doing mine sometime this summer and will probably need guidance.

This turned out to be a really great install day. At one point we had 5 cars on the lifts at the same time. Everything seemed to go pretty smooth too, with no major issues getting everything done.

The big job was doing Frye's suspension, with new shocks, struts, springs, camber plates, and a panhard bar. Jared swapped out his mid-pipe, going back to the pro chamber to get the extra 20HP back before Mustangs vs the World. Jon had a nice new tow hitch to put on, so he can pull a trailer with his race tires to the track, and he also improvised some front brake ducts using a drain coupler and some cheap flexible hose from Home Depot. Really. Then Alex put his up for a bit too, just to tighten some exhaust system bolts. Donna had her car there, as it was also having exhaust system trouble, so a gasket was added to try and tighten the seal from the header to the catalytic convertor. Yup, all five at the same time in the same area of the open bays. Then as soon as Jared had finished with his mid-pipe, Ben showed up wanting to install some new Billet Grille overlays, so he pulled into the bay and we went to work on his car too.

We also had a few folks who came by to help, or just to hang out. A really great install day!
