I wired for all three red on each side to come on with the breaks. It was an easy swap, but time consuming.

'99/01 & '00 Cobra R are the amber turn signal. I got mine from a low mile '99. I was not sure until I gave it a quick wash, then the blue gave the... WOW, I love the way that looks. I even love them more after looking at the pics next to each other.

What do you mean? If you are asking about sequential, no just the amber. Also there is only one bulb for the amber.
