Need exhaust help

Recently my exhaust has a rattling sound and at the tail pipes my right exhaust it put put putting, I don't have a lift to actually check everything, but I've been under the car and doesn't seem like anything is loose.

I'm thinking the cats might be clog, any other opinions?

I was thinking along he same lines. Failed part of cat may have made its way to the area in the rear that it rattling.

It could be a broken piece in the cat.
