This thread will list all the on-going events that occur on a weekly and/or monthly basis. It will be updated when new dates are available. If there isn't an event already on the calendar, then members are free to attend any one of these in a given month. Just post up which one(s) you'd like to attend and maybe club members will chime in and join you. All events are FREE unless otherwise noted.

C-Bad Cars
Every Saturday from 7am-9am at Carlsbad Premium Outlets. Address: 5620 Paseo Del Norte. Open to all makes and models. Features many exotic vehicles.

Coffee and Cars
2nd Sunday of every month. 7am-10am. Takes place at JBA Speed Shop. Address: 5675 Kearny Villa Road, San Diego 92123. Open to all makes and models. Free coffee and donuts. Donations are accepted.

Gearhead Rendezvous
1st Saturday of the month at the Foster's Freeze parking lot from 10am-12pm. Address: 5129 Waring Road, San Diego 92120. Presented by the Mustang Club of San Diego. Open to all makes and models, but mostly Mustangs.

Dunkers and Clunkers
Every Saturday from 7am-9:30am at Bonita Donuts. Address: 4414 Bonita Road, Bonita 91902. Presented by South Bay Cruisers. Open to all makes models. Bonita Donuts offer 60's era prices on donuts and beverages during this time frame.

Cajon Classic Cruise
Every Wednesday from late April into October from 3pm-7pm (8pm for special events). Downtown El Cajon between Main Street and Magnolia. Parking is first come-first served, but our club usually parks at the old Insurance Store parking lot. Address: 231 West Main Street, El Cajon 92020. Open to all makes and models, but classics are preferred. Themed nights. See website for more details: Cajon Classic Cruise Opening night begins April 22 and every Wednesday until 10/28.

RaceLegal
Fridays. Check website at RaceLegal for complete schedule. Event may be cancelled due to rain. 1/8th mile drag racing takes place at Qualcomm Stadium. Address: 9449 Friars Road, San Diego 92108. $10 to spectate, $30 to race.

Fuddruckers Mira Mesa Monthly Car Meet
Last Thursday of the month. 7:30pm-9pm at Fuddruckers. Address: 8285 Mira Mesa Boulevard, San Diego 92126. Open to all makes and models.

Test and Tune
Usually 10am-4pm at Barona 1/8th mile Drag Strip. Event may be cancelled due to rain. Address: 1750 Wildcat Canyon Road, Lakeside. $10 to spectate (11-16 years of age $5, and under 10 is free), $40 to race. Open to all makes and models. "If you can drive it, you can race it!" Oceanside Muscle Cars and Food
First and Third Thursday of the month. 7pm-9pm. Address: 459 College Blvd. (Oceanside Sprouts/Petsmart Center). Muscle cars only.

Cruisin' Grand
Fridays. Started on 4/3 and usually runs until October. 5pm-9pm on East Grand Avenue in Escondido, 92025. Free. Themed nights every week. See website for more details: Cruisin' Grand

Coffee and Cars this Sunday at JBA Speed Shop from dawn to 10am. I plan to be there about 0800. For those who are on probation and have yet to attend an event in October, this would be a good one. Hang out with fellow gearheads, eat donuts, drink coffee, and check out some awesome rides. It ends at 10am so that's plenty of time to head home and watch Sunday football.

Couple things going on this Saturday: C'Bad Cars up in Carlsbad. A lot of vehicles, especially from the LA area, tend to make an appearance. If you want to see some exotic vehicles, this is the place to be. Meeting runs from 7a-9a at the Carlsbad Premium Outlets. Thereafter, there's the Gearhead Rendezvous at Foster's Freeze from 10a-12p. This one is put on by SD Mustang Club.

The first Gearhead Rendezvous of 2015 is scheduled for January 3rd at the Foster's Freeze parking lot from 10am-12pm. If you're not planning on going to the International Auto Show, be sure to check out this gathering of fellow Mustangers. Plenty of places to eat nearby, too.

Vets Cruzin for a Cause and Cali Coalition will be holding a blanket drive on Saturday the 31st of January. Half of the blankets will be donated to the Alpha Project Homeless Shelter and the remaining will be distributed to the homeless living on the streets. There will be two drop-off locations. First one will be at Carlsbad Premium Outlets to coincide with C'Bad Cars and Coffee from 7am-9am. Once it's over the group will caravan to Dave & Busters for the second drop-off location.
They will be at Dave & Busters (in Mission Valley) from 10am-12pm. Members may choose to drop off blanket donations at either drop-off location and hang out with fellow car enthusiasts.

The majority of these ongoing meets take place in the morning. However, it doesn't mean you can't plan anything during the day. If there isn't anything on the club calendar, please feel free to post up a meeting location.
Also, just realized that on the 2nd Saturday of each month, which happens to be 5/9 is a "Cruise Night" at Classic Malt Shop from 4-7pm (3625 Midway Drive, SD 92110). It's primarily classics cars, but is open to all models regardless of year. I'll most likely drop by there to check it out.

Every Friday through the end of October. New season usually starts again in the summer. 3pm-park closing. Takes place at Santee Lakes #1. Address: 9310 Fanita Parkway, Santee 92071. Cost is $3 per vehicle. Presented by SoCal Car Club Council.

Yeah, I like Santee Lakes, too. I went to one gathering at Fuddruckers, I guess there were some problems with the imports, so security is pretty much kicking people out unless you are there to patronize the restaurant.

Just edited this thread. C'Bad Cars is on the verge of getting shut down due to some bad apples ruining it for everyone. You can still go there, but local law enforcement now supervises the event. Coffee and Cars at JBA is a really good one to plan for. They have their infamous burnout box in their parking lot.
