Racing at the Miramar Air Show

Have anyone heard anything about RaceLegal at the Miramar Air Show. They are setting up racing at this year's airshow to be run on the runway. Want to see if anyone station on Mirarmar have heard anything. I couldn't find anything about how to register and how much it cost on either the RaceLegal or the air show web site. But they do have it up on the websites.

I had heard about this last week, so I called Race Legal, but they did not have any details. They said they would post it to their web site when they knew more. Well, they posted it, but without any new information. Durp.

From the schedule on the Air Show page, they have a really small time window. Two hours on Friday, and only one and a half on Saturday.

Normally $10 to watch, and $30 to race; I figure it should only be $20 to race since admission to the show is free!

Updates for the RaceLegal racing on Miramar:

Racer Passes open for ONLINE PURCHASE ONLY on Friday, September 27th, 2013 on racelegal.com. Passes will sell out very fast. Registering on the 27th would be wise. Each Day (Oct. 4 & 5th) is limited to 100 Racers. 90 Cars/Trucks and 10 Motorcycles.

Cost will be announced in the next few days.
