Emilio care to enlighten me? Im not mad or anything just curious, don't remember him ever causing any drama. i thought he had just disappeared until i noticed he was banned

If he got banned its because he has not logged/posted in 180 days... Not a hard fix..

I have it set up to send email regularly to inactive users and I get these back some forget to update there emails. So they get put in a banned status until they contact me to open there account at that time I ask them if they would update there emails.:

This email shows that the product is installed and working as it should be.
