Sniper Tuning

Im new here from the Central Valley, Was wondering if anyone knew of a Tuner in the area that is using Sniper software?

I hear that software if very easy to use.. Do you have a good A/F meter?

I have a Innovate LC-1, the car runs good and pulls hard it is just dipping to about 10.5:1 at WOT. Seems a lil rich?
