Wow, this station was right there in Crown Point.

When I race @ Barona, I like to run the Bama email 93 race tune, so I mix up a batch of 93 by adding a couple gallons of 100 at the Quick Trip in El Cajon (on Mollison). It doesn't seem to matter what the price of oil is though, as it's always $8 a gallon.

At some point, I'd like to try either the Torco Accelerator, or the Lucas Oil Octane Booster to see how they perform.

One thing to remember when you do this is to run the car for a while after changing the mix but before changing the tune, as the fuel in the lines is still the lower octane, and you can get a little knocking before the race mix starts flowing. :)
