the cams that you are listing are too aggresive if you plan run stock short block, you will need to notch the pistons so you dont bend the valves
also i would be leary about running adjustable cam gear

iv got adjustable fidanza cam gears. I put drilled and put a couple rivets to insure they dont move. I love my comp 270 cams. Get those or like a vt stage 2 cam.

you wanna keep your lift close to .550. The comp 270s have lose to that duration with only .550 lift

buy some comps, hitech stage 2's, or Cushman motor sports cams. some thing with gross lift les then .550 on exhaust and intake. The duration will have to kept to a mild lift the lobe seperation angle should be around 111 to 113 for a mild set up. if the cams have a 114 or 115 LSA they're safer for a blower...

yep he told me that he has heard horror stories of the bolts on the cam gear breaking, just better to run the stock stuff and have them degreed professionally

its not even that they break, the bolts slip allowing them to max the wheels degree ending in bent/broken valves.

ya im talkin with JBA on them doin the swap for me with new tensioners, guides n chains n to install the new cams for the heads n dyno afterwards and the tunes for race gas n 91 octane

well im not gonna jump on the bandwagon n go to RET or spakintime ill go to jba till the prove me wrong n if they do then they will fix it i mean we r trustin them with the race car so they cant be that bad
