Timing Gear Drive??

Friend told me about a Timing Gear Drive... said it gives your car a whine or blower sound.. i looked it up and cant find one for a 2006 mustang gt... is it a part that is different for the 4.6l? found this but don think its the same.. the ones i was seein thad 3 gears.. help?

Probably because the setup and the length/location and path of the chain itself may be prohibitive. I haven't seen one either but then again the regular chains seem to handle everything thrown at them so far unless I've missed something.

They don't make one for the 4.6L that is something of old school.
