Why ya treat me like that?
HI! fs here again. I don't know where to put this and our lovely LadyGaga2's message box is full. Will someone please get this to where it is supposed to be. This was sent to me this morning. There is a flyer attached but I can get that to you when I know where to send it.
Thanks a bunch!
We had a great time last year and I think this is the least we can do to say "Thank You" to our Veteran's who have made it possible for all of us to enjoy the luxury of freedoms we now enjoy. Let's have more, more, more, more of WS family make a HUGE showing!
THANKS & THANKS again!
Sent to the 2009 San Diego Parade Vehicle Volunteers electronic distribution group.
Greetings to All!
It's that time of the year again! I'm actively recruiting for volunteers to transport dignitaries in the 2010 San Diego Veterans Day Parade, to be held on Thursday, November 11, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. on Pacific Coast Highway from Cedar Street to Harbor Drive. This year we are celebrating our "Cold War Warriors" as our Honorary Grand Marshals!
The Committee has been working hard this year to improve the administration and execution of the Parade! We do have a couple of requirements concerning vehicles in the Parade this year. The City of San Diego requires that each vehicle have a fire extinguisher available to the operator with a minimum UL Rating of 2-A-10BC that either has been inspected in the past year and has a California State Fire Marshal tag attached, or has been purchased in the past year and you can produce the dated receipt. Also, any decorations shall be inherently flame-resistant, or treated with an approved fire retardant.
This is my tenth year supporting this event, and I look forward to seeing each of you again! Please circulate the attached flyer amongst your Car Club members, and reply soonest if you can participate!
Respectfully,
