This weeks meet will be at Fuddruckers for everyone who has been asking about going back . I made the reservation and we will have our usual tables and parking.

No that was Chipotle lol the managers got their wires crossed even though I called to confirm 3 times lord hahaha. Last week was good ole chili's yum. Donna set it up so the club got 15 percent of what everyone spent pretty cool huh? Sorry you didn't make it down but hope to see you this week.

I hear you there SCR3AM1NGY3LLOW I went out to say hello at the flea market yesterday and spent 140$ Oh ok Ears yeah Donna did a great job with the new Chillis car show event.

Donna did a fantastic job!!! I can't wait to see what else she comes up with!

And oh yea, the swap meet was tiring but good for cleaning out the old stuff. A huge thank you out to Donna and Eric for coming out really early! Also out to JP, he stayed and helped sell. Also out to Phil and family...love seeing you all! THANK YOU!!!!!

Well that didn't turn out well only 7 people showed up. We all really need to start RSVPing because it looks bad when we reserve a space and no one shows up. They were preparing themselves because they know how many usually show up at the event. With that said I talked to Fuddruckers and they would like to do a fundraiser with us. Have to get more information but they are willing to do a special thing for us because they require $250 minimum sells before we make profit but they will keep it on file if we don't make it and we can come back and add to it. The more money we make the bigger the percentage of the sells we make. This is usually a big event that everyone shows up to but no biggy I know everyone is saving for this weekend. Just think we need to work on the RSVPs. Thanks for everyone who came out. Had fun....AMANDA!!!

7 people aint to bad... I pretty sure that most of the no shows were due to lack of funds. This is the middle of the mid month pay period and Coronado is this weekend. Fuddruckers is a great place, but I would suggest that in future , when a major event is a few days away that we go with one of the cheaper options.
Just a thought...

I Def agree!!! I for one think that before a big event there doesnt need to be a event like this one. Its not that its not a good idea
to go to this place, but before a big event def not. I am sure some of the other members will agree. If I take my wife and kids to Mc donalds it will cost
me at least 25$. I cant affoard to do something like this before a event. The E.Q. def needs to take things like this into consideration and have big events close to paydays. If we want to get together on a wed night we could hit the local Starbucks or possibly the ice cream place that the do the gearhead meet . It will be less then 10 bucks for everyone. Getting a couple of ice cream cones, or a cup of coffee is cheap. Just my two cents

All, remember Wednesdays are not mandatory just for some its a way to make the week go by faster And helps make the weekend come faster... 7 is a good turnout... Remember 3 is the magic number....

Sorry Mrs. Ears. Even if I had $$$ I just don't have the time to do all the fun stuff the club offers. If I did that would be my full time job! :lol:
